1. Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of your Viviq account and the personal data associated with it. You may request deletion at any time — you do not need an active subscription or any reason to do so.

2. How to Request Account Deletion
Option A — From within the app (recommended)
- Open the Viviq app on your device.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by entering your email address.
- Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option B — By email (if you no longer have access to the app)
Send an email to support@viviq.cowith the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address you used to register.
Please include:
- The email address registered with your Viviq account.
- Your username (if you remember it).
For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion request.
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon completion of the deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile (email address, username)
- Your credit balance and visual credit balance
- Your usage history and analytics data tied to your account
- Any cached metadata associated with your account
Photos you uploaded are never stored permanently on our servers (they are processed and discarded in seconds), so there is nothing to delete on our side regarding your photo content.
4. Data That Will Be Retained
Some data must legally be retained for a limited period after account deletion. This data is anonymized or de-identified where possible:

5. Timeline
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days of receipt and identity verification. In most cases your data is removed within a few business days.
6. Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To cancel your subscription, please go to the Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Viviqand tap "Cancel subscription" before requesting account deletion. Otherwise, you may continue to be charged.
